Marist Asia Pacific area to translate Anthology

As part of Marist Asia Pacific (MAP,) the Provinces of New Zealand and Australia are sharing the responsibility for translating the Anthology of the Letters Received from Oceania into English.

The translation component is being undertaken by New Zealand, under the supervision of Tim Duckworth, while Australia will take care of the publication. Work on the project has already commenced and is going well.

Marist Asia Pacific was initiated by the Superior General and the General Administration at their 2008 Sydney meeting with the Provincial and District councils. The purpose of MAP is encourage greater solidarity between the Provinces of Australia, Oceania, New Zealand and the mission district of the Philippines.
