The new General Council, superior general, John Hannan, and assistants, Larry Duffy, Kevin Duffy, Lote Raiwalui and Alejandro Muñoz, was inaugurated on Sunday, November 22 in a simple ceremony in the General House chapel.
On Tuesday and Wednesday the new Council along with the secretary general, Tony Corcoran, and the bursar general, Kevin Mowbray, met with the former administration to hear of their experiences in leadership of the Society and to be introduced to the present state of the congregation and the issues they will be facing in the coming months.
