Workshops for Bursars in Europe and in Mexico

The bursars of the regions of the Province of Europe together with the general bursar met in Paris from Monday 5 to Wednesday 7 October in order to study a number of issues which are important for the future of the Province.

Possibilities discussed included:

  • harmonizing the accountability systems in the regions,
  • criteria for regional contributions to the Society and to the Province,
  • special needs of the regions and of the Province in the next three years,
  • and the impact of diminishment and aging on the financial situation of the regions.

Almost simultaneously the Province of Mexico held a workshop for local bursars and their assistants. This workshop took place in Anzures (Mexico DC) and was prepared and conducted by provincial bursar Mauricio Díaz and his collaborator Samuel Ledesma.
