Fr Lote Raiwalui visits from Rome

As part of his journey from Rome, Society of Mary Assistant General, Fr Lote Raiwalui SM recently visited the Marist province of Australia.

While there he attended the Australian Provincial Chapter where delegates voted in favour of combining with the Marist Asia district and the New Zealand province to make one province.

As reported on the Australian Marist Fathers website, Fijian-born Fr Raiwalui made special point of calling on retired Australian Marists.

While normally working in Rome, from 4 – 8 July, Fr Raiwalui attends the New Zealand Provincial Chapter where chapter delegates also vote on whether to combine with the Australian province and Asia district.
