Younger Marists’ to meet

Younger Marists from New Zealand, Australia, Oceania and the Philippines are gathering in Auckland this week.Cornelius Giris and Denis Revi (Oceania), Lauro Arcede and Lionel Mechavez (the Philippines), Oscar Ichiba (Japan), Kevin Redmond (Australia) and Frank Bird Matt Crawford (New Zealand) will be in out at the beach for a week.

The purpose of this time together is to offer these younger Marists a peer group, some mutual support and some good old rest and recreation. At the conclusion of the week, the visiting Marists take the opportunity visit other places and meet up with people around the province.

The week is facilitated by Tim Duckwork and is jointly funded by the New Zealand and Australian provinces.
